  • Are donations and dues tax deductible?

    Yes! The Musgrave-Pennington Neighborhood Association is a 501c3 non-profit corporation.

  • How do I know if I live in Musgrave-Pennington?

    Our neighborhood boundaries are NW 19th Street from N Portland Ave to N Meridian Ave between NW 23rd Street and NW 16th Street.

  • Who runs the association?

    The association is governed by a seven-person Board of Directors, with most decisions decided by a vote of association members.

  • Is this a Homeowners Association (HOA)? Do you have covenants?

    No. We are a Neighborhood Association. Membership is 100% voluntary. Neighborhood associations offer a place to meet friends, exchange information, create projects and priorities, propose solutions, and have fun.

  • How do I get involved?

    The first step to becoming involved is attending a meeting. We meet at 7pm on the first Monday of even-numbered months. Check out our events page for more information and location details. Can’t make a meeting? Shoot us an email at musgravepennington@gmail.com or fill out our contact form.

  • What can you do about a problem-neighbor or other disturbances?

    The Association is unable to take direct action in most circumstances, however we are happy to connect you with the proper government entity to report your issue. Click here to submit a complaint to the OKC Action Center. Please remember to dial 911 for emergencies.
